Today I had a field trip with my first graders to the Detroit Zoo. My friend Nicole watched Brooke and brought her to the zoo so I could see her. She brought her son, Jake, too. I think he had a good time just running around enjoying the people. It was a little cold, so Brooke borrowed Jake's hat for part of the day.
