It's "Bunnyville" at the Detroit Zoo

Jellybean hunt!

Look closely - Polar Bear in the background!

Visiting the Arctic Ring - The seals were swimming all around and the Polar Bears were roaming around the rocks outside.

I took Brooke to the Detroit Zoo to meet up with my friend, Karen and her son. It ended up being a nice day. At first, it was a little chilly, but by the early afternoon the sun was shining and it warmed up. We saw a lot of animals....I think Brooke is at a fun age for the zoo. We will probably be visiting it a lot this summer. She made the animal sounds for the bear and lion and tiger! They had stations set up and Brooke liked the "jellybean hunt" the best. She did not want to leave, she would sit in the jellybeans on the grass (they were like the plastic eggs, except in a jellybean form) and play.

Brooke is really connecting the animals with the sounds they make. So cute...her RAAARRR!!!!
