Christmas Day with family

This morning my parents came over and my mom brought a yummy danish roll. We had coffee and relaxed. Brooke opened gifts from Santa...she got a Cabbage Patch Kid (yes, I grew up in the 80's..how can my daughter not get a CPK??!?!?), a baby stroller, a ball popper, a couple of outfits, children's DVD's, and books. Later in the afternoon we went to Matt's parent's house for Christmas dinner. We had delicious lasagna and wonderful desserts. She got more presents from her Grandpa and Grandma Carpenter...a white table for her bedroom, college fund money, money so we can buy her a shelf for all her books, puzzles, and a book. She enjoyed seeing her Grandparents, Great Grams, Aunt Kathy, and Uncle Jerry and Aunt Mary. She especially loved giving Great Grams kisses and was very cuddly toward her. It's so darn cute! She loves everyone in her family. We are looking forward to Sunday when we celebrate Christmas with Matt's brother and his cousins.
