We had a great day. We went to our church at 1:00 and Brooke wore her birthday dress. Then, we went to the 4:30 pm service at my parent's church. After church it is tradition to go to my parent's house for Christmas Eve dinner and gifts. Brooke enjoyed time with her Papa and Tutu, Aunt Monica and Uncle Eric, Tai and Marin, and Uncle Kent. We tried to make her birthday special, so I made a giant cupcake and we sang to her. She loved every minute of it. She ate mostly the frosting...yum! Got a little more messy this time around...sticky hair, hands, face, and almost got some in her eyes! Then, later we celebrated Christmas. Brooke got a wagon, books, bathtub toys, and a CD with "Brooke" songs. Thank you to my wonderful family!
