Swimming Pool fun!

Today we met up with friends at the hotel they are staying at for a few days. Amy's husband has a 3 day work seminar, so they are staying in Troy. It was fun to swim in the pool with Amy, Blake, and Alexa. Brooke LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the water. We tried floaties and I think she liked the "freedom"...she would pull away from me as if she could swim on her own!! She is very confident, but when she went under she gulped lots of water. Still learning. Considering taking swim lessons this Fall, if I can find some in the area. She took them last Summer, when she was 6 months and she did really well.

After swimming we went to Burger King for lunch. They had a play area and Brooke enjoyed crawling through the tubes and climbing. She even went all the way to the top with Blake and slid down the big slide!
