Yesterday Brooke woke up with a bright red rash on her face. She was also itching her arm and it looked like she had a bug bite. It was day #7 on the Amoxicillan and I thought maybe she was having an allergic reaction. So, I called the Dr. and they wanted to see her right away. I had to go to work and my friend Pam was watching Brooke, so she took her to the Dr. for me. The Dr. looked in her ears and the fluid was gone, so she said we could stop the medicine. YEAH!!!! Brooke absolutely HATED that medicine! The Dr. thought the rash was a bad bug bite, too and the one on her arm. So, we are now giving her a little benadryl and it looks like it is clearing up.
